FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 122
Penalty for non - payment If an amount of charge remains unpaid after the day on which it
becomes due for payment, there is payable to the Commonwealth, by way of
penalty, in addition to that amount of charge, an amount calculated at the
rate of 20% per annum upon the amount of charge from time to time remaining
unpaid, to be calculated from the time when the amount of charge became
payable.
