FISHERIES LEGISLATION (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1991 - SECT 19
Payment of amounts of levy where levies redirected
Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended:
- (a)
- by inserting in
paragraph (c) "or 30A(1)(a) " after "paragraph 30(1)(a)";
- (b)
- by
inserting in paragraph (f) ", 30A(1)(a)" after "paragraph 30(1)(a)".
