FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 90YZJ
Duty of court to end financial relations In proceedings under this Division, the court must, as far as
practicable, make such orders as will finally determine the distribution of
superannuation benefits or prospective superannuation entitlements of the
parties to the de facto relationship or either of them.
