FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 90XA

    The object of this Part   is to allow certain payments (splittable payments) in respect of a superannuation interest to be allocated between:

  (a)   the parties to a marriage; or

  (b)   the parties to a   de   facto   relationship;

either by agreement or by court order.
