FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 90AI
Service of documents on a third party(1) If a document is required or permitted to be served for the purposes of this Part on a third party in relation to a marriage, the document may be served in any of the ways in which a document may be served under the applicable Rules of Court.
(2) Subsection (1) is in addition to any other method of
service permitted by law.
