FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 90AH
Protection for a third party A third party in relation to a marriage is not liable for loss
or damage suffered by any person because of things done (or not done) by the
third party in good faith in reliance on an order or injunction made or
granted by a court in accordance with this Part.
