FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 69ZP

Powers under this Division may be exercised on court's own initiative

                   The court may exercise a power under this Division:

                     (a)  on the court's own initiative; or

                     (b)  at the request of one or more of the parties to the proceedings.
