FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 65P
General obligations created by parenting order that allocates parental responsibility(1) This section applies to a parenting order that is in force in relation to a child to the extent to which the order allocates parental responsibility for the child to a person (the carer ).
(2) A person must not hinder the carer in, or prevent the carer
from, discharging that responsibility.
