FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 111AB
Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Australia for the enforcement of Maintenance (Support) Obligations The regulations may make such provision as is necessary or
convenient to enable the performance of the obligations of Australia, or to
obtain for Australia any advantage or benefit, under the Agreement between the
Government of the United States of America and the Government of Australia for
the enforcement of Maintenance (Support) Obligations, which was concluded and
entered into force on 12 December 2002.
