Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Decisions at a meeting must be affirmed by a majority of votes of Board members voting.
(2) The Board member presiding at a meeting has a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, also has a casting vote.
