FUTURE FUND ACT 2006 - SECT 35

                   The Board has the following functions:

                     (a)  to invest amounts in accordance with this Act;

                     (b)  such other functions as are conferred on the Board by:

                              (i)  this Act; or

                             (ii)  the Nation‑building Funds Act 2008 ;

                     (c)  to do anything incidental to or conducive to the performance of any of the above functions.
