FUTURE FUND ACT 2006 - SECT 11

Establishment of the Future Fund

             (1)  The Future Fund is established by this section.

             (2)  The Future Fund consists of:

                     (a)  the Future Fund Special Account; and

                     (b)  the investments of the Fund.
