FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 58DA
Applying for bail(1) During indictable primary proceedings or criminal appeal proceedings, the accused can apply to the Court for bail for one or more offences.
(2) However, if the Court refuses to grant bail to the accused
for an offence, the accused cannot apply again for bail for the offence unless
there has been a material change in circumstances since the refusal.
