FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 37K
Outside employment(1) Except with the consent of the Minister, a full - time assessor must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to paid employment does not include service in the Defence Force.
Note: An assessor will be taken to be performing the functions of his
or her office as assessor if he or she is performing the functions of a member
of the National Native Title Tribunal.
