FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 37C
Remuneration and allowances(1) An assessor is to be paid the remuneration determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If there is no determination in force, the assessor is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
(2) An assessor is to be paid such allowances as are prescribed.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
