FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 33U
Stay of execution in certain circumstances Where a respondent in a representative proceeding commences a
proceeding in the Court against a group member, the Court may order a stay of
execution in respect of any relief awarded to the group member in the
representative proceeding until the other proceeding is determined.
