FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 33F
Persons under disability(1) It is not necessary for a person under disability to have a next friend or committee merely in order to be a group member.
(2) A group member who is under disability may only take a step
in the representative proceeding, or conduct part of the proceeding, by his or
her next friend or committee, as the case requires.
