FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 30AC
Who may appeal(1) The accused and the prosecutor, in relation to a judgment or decision referred to in section 30AA, may:
(a) make an application referred to in subsection 30AE(2) or (3) in relation to the judgment or decision; and
(b) in accordance with this Division, bring an appeal from the judgment or decision.
(2) However, the prosecutor cannot act under subsection
(1) in the case of a judgment covered by paragraph 30AA(1)(d).
