FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23EI
Discharge of potential jurors(1) A potential juror is discharged if the potential juror is excused from serving on the jury under Subdivision D.
(2) A potential juror is discharged if a challenge to the
inclusion of the potential juror on the jury is upheld.
