FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23DK
When Sheriff is to convene a jury panel(1) The Court may give the Sheriff a written direction to convene a jury panel for indictable primary proceedings.
(2) The direction must specify the place (the sitting place ) in the State or Territory where the jury is to sit.
(3) The Sheriff must comply with the direction.
