FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23DF
Jury districts (establishment and boundaries)(1) The Sheriff may, in writing, determine that the electoral Divisions specified in the determination constitute a jury district for a particular State or Territory.
(2) There may be more than one jury district for a State or Territory.
(3) A determination made under subsection (1) is not a
legislative instrument.
