Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Except with the consent of the Chief Justice, the Registrar must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to paid employment does not include service in the Defence Force.
