FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 18J
Outside employment of Chief Executive Officer(1) Except with the consent of the Chief Justice, the Chief Executive Officer must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to paid employment
does not include service in the Defence Force.
