Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which are required or permitted to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed, for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and in particular for prescribing such additional powers and functions of the Bureau as he deems desirable and for providing for the procedure (including the manner of voting) to be observed by the Board and for matters relating to the carrying out of the powers and functions of the Board.
