FOREIGN ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1975 - SECT 17G

Prescribed foreign government investor

                   An entity is a prescribed foreign government investor if:

                     (a)  the entity is a foreign government investor; and

                     (b)  the conditions specified in the regulations are satisfied in relation to the entity.
