FOREIGN ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1975 - SECT 115
Waiver and remission of fees The Treasurer may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, waive or remit
the whole or a part of a fee that is payable under section 113 if the
Treasurer is satisfied that it is not contrary to the national interest to
waive or remit the fee.
