FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 - SECT 76

    Where:

  (a)   a corporate plan has come into force; and

  (b)   a variation of the plan is approved by the Minister under section   74 or 75 or the CEO makes a variation of a minor nature;

the variation takes effect on the day on which the CEO receives notice of the Minister's approval or makes the variation of a minor nature, as the case may be.
