EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 99

    An Immigration Minister's suspension certificate must:

  (a)   state the day on which it takes effect; and

  (b)   set out why it has been given; and

  (c)   set out the effect of sections   100, 101 and 102.
