EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 55B
Function of the Board The Board's function is, either on its own initiative or at
the request of the TPS Director, to provide advice and make recommendations to
the TPS Director in relation to the making of a legislative instrument each
year under subsections 9(3) and 10(2) of the
Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012 .
