EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 53A
TPS Director to work out the amount of TPS levies(1) For each calendar year, the TPS Director must determine the amount of TPS levy required from each provider who is required to pay a contribution.
(2) The TPS Director must determine the amount in accordance
with the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012 .
