EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 3

Crown to be bound

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

             (2)  However, nothing in this Act makes the Crown in any capacity liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
