EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 2
Commencement(1) This section and section 1 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
(3) However, if a provision of this Act does not commence under
subsection ( 2) within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on
which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after
the end of that period.
