EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS ACT 2000 - SECT 169AF
Internal review decision must be made within 90 days(1) The internal reviewer must make a decision on an application for review of a reviewable decision within 90 days after the application is made under section 169AD.
(2) If the internal reviewer does not make a decision on the
application within that period, the internal reviewer is taken to have made a
decision under section 169AE to affirm the reviewable decision at the
end of that period.
