ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 512
Appointments(1) The Minister may appoint a person on a part - time basis to be a member of an advisory committee.
(2) The Minister must appoint one of the members to chair the
committee.
