ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 455

Rescuing things

                   A person is guilty of an offence punishable upon conviction by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years if:

                     (a)  the person rescues any thing; and

                     (b)  the thing has been, or is about to be, seized under this Act.
