ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 297

    A wildlife conservation plan made or adopted under this Subdivision   may deal with all or any of the following:

  (a)   one or more listed migratory species;

  (b)   one or more listed marine species;

  (c)   one or more species of cetacean;

  (d)   one or more conservation dependent species.
