ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 25F
Revocation of certificate(1) The Minister may revoke a certificate under subsection 25B(1) or (4).
(2) If a certificate is revoked, the Minister must give the
person concerned a written notice stating that the certificate has been
revoked.
