EXPORT FINANCE AND INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 37

             (1)  An appointed member (other than the government member) is to be paid:

                     (a)  such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

                     (b)  such allowances as are prescribed.

             (2)  This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
