EXPORT FINANCE AND INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 26

Ministerial directions regarding reference of applications

             (1)  The Minister may give EFIC written directions regarding the circumstances in which applications are, or are not, to be referred to the Minister.

             (2)  EFIC must comply with the Minister's directions.
