ENERGY EFFICIENCY OPPORTUNITIES ACT 2006 - SECT 21

                   A registered corporation must:

                     (a)  prepare and make available to the public a report in accordance with section 22; and

                     (b)  prepare and give to the Secretary a report in accordance with section 23.
