Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where a licence or permission granted under the regulations is subject to a condition or restriction to be complied with by a person, the person shall comply with the condition or restriction and, if the person fails to do so, the person is guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $50,000.
(2) An offence under subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
