EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1982 - SECT 10A

             (1)  For the purpose of finding out whether any or all of the provisions of this Act are being complied with, or for the purpose of complying with a direction under subsection 9E(1), an authorized officer, at any time and with any necessary help, may:

                     (a)  enter:

                              (i)  any premises that form part of a registered establishment; or

                             (ii)  any other premises with the consent of the occupier; and

                     (b)  exercise the powers set out in section 10.

             (2)  If the relevant premises are an aircraft, vehicle or ship, an authorized officer may stop and detain the aircraft, vehicle or ship for the purpose of exercising a power mentioned in subsection (1).
