ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM AMENDMENT ACT (No. 1) 1999 - SECT 2
Commencement
- (1)
- Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 commence on
the 28th day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
- (3)
- Items 10, 11 and 12 commence on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.
