EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE (NEW ZEALAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 30

New Zealand courts may take evidence etc. from Australia

                   A New Zealand court may, for the purposes of a proceeding in New Zealand, take evidence or receive submissions, by video link or telephone, from a person in Australia.
