EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE (NEW ZEALAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 24

Application of this Part

                   This Part applies to a proceeding in:

                     (a)  a federal court; or

                     (b)  a court of a State or Territory that is a court specified in regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
