Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe subpoena may be served on a person in Australia by serving it on the person together with:
(a) a copy of the order of the judge of the High Court of New Zealand granting leave to serve the subpoena in Australia; and
(b) a notice that:
(i) sets out the rights and obligations of the person named in relation to the subpoena; and
(ii) includes information about the way in which an application may be made to the High Court of New Zealand to have the subpoena set aside.
