EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE (NEW ZEALAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 18

                   This Part (other than section 23) applies to a subpoena:

                     (a)  that was issued in a proceeding in a New Zealand court, other than a criminal proceeding or a family proceeding; and

                     (b)  in relation to which a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand has given leave for its service in Australia.
