EVIDENCE ACT 1995 - SECT 185
Faith and credit to be given to documents properly authenticated All public acts, records and judicial proceedings of a State or
Territory that are proved or authenticated in accordance with this Act are to
be given in every court, and in every public office in Australia , such faith
and credit as they have by law or usage in the courts and public offices of
that State or Territory.
