EXTRADITION ACT 1988 - SECT 23
Surrender warrants Where the Attorney - General determines under subsection
15B(2) or 22(2) that a person is to be surrendered to an extradition country
in relation to an extradition offence or extradition offences, the Attorney -
General shall, unless the Attorney - General issues a temporary surrender
warrant, issue a warrant for the surrender of the person to the extradition
country under this section.
