Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf it appears to a Commonwealth officer acting in the course of his or her duty or employment, or to a constable, that an aircraft is intended or is likely to be flown in contravention of this Act or of an order under section 14, the officer or constable may enter, search and detain the aircraft and may remove or direct the removal of the aircraft, or any part of it, for the purposes of ensuring its detention or preservation.
