Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere a person is convicted of an offence against this Act, the Secretary to the Department of Aviation may suspend or cancel any licence or certificate issued to that person under or by virtue of the Air Navigation Regulations and, upon a licence or certificate being so suspended or cancelled, the same consequences follow as if the suspension or cancellation had been made under or by virtue of those Regulations.
